A simple site for games similar to Dead by Daylight

Many of us love Dead by Daylight, even though the game has many flaws. If you're looking for something different, yet still has some similar aspects to DBD, then check out the below! These are certainly more, but these are the ones I've enjoyed the most.

White Noise 2

White Noise 2 is the sequel to White Noise Online. In White Noise 2 it is a 4v1 game, where there is 1 creature and 4 investigators. As an investigator you have to find "clues" and once you have all 8, then you can break sigils and win the match. As a creature you have to capture the investigators. The game is a bit more slower paced than DBD, and doesn't have pallets or vault points, but you do have a flashlight which can stun the creature and can run quicker than the creature in most cases.

White Noise 2 has a small community of players, but you don't need a full party to play, as the creature can be controlled by AI if a human doesn't play it. You can also play solo if you're up for a challenge.

The Blackout Club

The Blackout Club isn't really like DBD much, but it can be 4v1. You play as a teen doing missions in a small neighborhood, and you usually play stealthy against adults which are known as sleepwalkers/lucids, and these are controlled by AI. The main AI enemy is called the shape which will be summoned if you sin too much, and you can only see the shape when you close your eyes in-game.

The 4v1 aspects come to play if someone else plays as a stalker, and they are on the adult/lucid team, so they don't need to be stealthy and they try to get you caught by the AI. Another small community, and again you can play solo, it also offers drop-in/drop-out gameplay which is nice.

Last Year

NO LONGER IN DEVELOPMENT

Last Year doesn't have many players these days, but is a 5v1 game that feels like DBD and Overwatch to slight degree. In this game you can actually kill the fiend, which makes them spawn out for a short time.

Sadly the player base is very low, and you often can't find a match since it requires all six players to start the match.

Soul at Stake

Soul at Stake is a Chinese made game similar to Dead By Daylight. In this game the game mechanics pretty much feel the same, so if you're a pro at DBD then you'll likely do well. There are unique killers in this game as well.

The only bad thing, and unfortunately is a very bad thing, is most of the player base play on the China based servers, this means if you live in North America or Europe for example, you'll have a very high ping which can get up to 1000ms and make the game unplayable. They do have NA based servers, but nobody really plays on them unfortunately.

Identity V

Identity V is a mobile game that also has a PC version, but the PC version is essentially the same as the mobile version. The developers of DBD and Identity V worked together some, and this resulted in Identity V being very similar to DBD. Your skills will transfer right over.

There are some unique killer and survivors in this game, but being a mobile based game, the PC version feels limited, especially when it comes to graphics and camera view.

Home Sweet Home: Survive

Lovely alternative to Dead by Daylight, however a different play style. Most players are on the Asian servers, which means your ping may reach 200-300ms.
